School‐to‐work transition research has persistently provided empirical evidence for the theoretical predictions of human capital, signaling, and credentialing, thereby emphasizing importance school performance degree attainment labor market entries. However, hitherto, in this tradition paid less attention to noncognitive socioemotional factors. We address gap by analyzing influence mental physical health, coping abilities, cooperativeness, work commitment on from apprenticeship training first job.
